Construction Characteristics
1 FRP with honeycomb core panels (honeycomb sandwich board) are made of prefabricated fiberglass reinforced plastics sheet and honeycomb core(aluminum, paper and plastic), by vaccum bonding in high pressure. Due to woven roving with high strength, the panel has good property in shock resistance and flexural strength.
2 The color gelcoat used on the surface is of iso-phtalic-NPG based resin, FDA approved. It makes the surface of panels smoother, brighter and easier to clean. Good gloss retention is guaranteed.
3 The maximum dimension of panel is 9.5 meters long, 3 meters wide,and we can also produce according to customers requirements.
XPS SANDWICH PANEL
1) This sandwich panel is formed by a hard XPS foam panel between two layers of FRP sheets and combined with Germany vacuum technology under high pressure. The surface is bright and clear as well as easy to clear its dirt. It has a good capacity to keep the color of surface to be bright and fresh. The outside surface has a layer of high quality gel coat, which gives the product a good chemical stability to atmosphere, water and ordinary acid, alkaline and salt. Its characteristics give the products many advantages, such as smooth surface, keeping bright and fresh color in long time, anti- corrosion and sunshine as well as anti-ageing.

Performance
1 FRP sheets,the surface of panels, have impermeability while unicellular rate of polyurethane foam is bigger than 90%, so the composite panels have excellent property of water resistance.
2 Surface Performance: The surface of FRP sheet has a layer of premium gelcoat which gives the panels better chemical stabilization to air, water and normal medium such as acid, alkali and salt. It is the gelcoat that makes panels have good gloss retention, and can keep smooth appearance after long time using, non-fading, corrosion resistance, anti-UV, anti-aging, which gives it the priority to make big advertisement.
3 Maintainability: Panels are easier to repair, no evident mark left, which the
steel and aluminum panel can hardly compare with.
4 The density of honeycomb-cored panels is about 8.5kg/m2 which is much lighter than plywood-cored and steel panels. Lighter weight contributes to lighter bodies which can increase load and improve the quality ratio of vans.
5 Because FRP honeycomb-core panels use preminum plastic honeycomb as core, the panels have better rigidity which efficiently avoid shaking in the process of transportation.
